Ownership and the SPV

Ownership must be "qualified" — held by a Commonwealth, EEA or Swiss person or entity, or through an eligible company with a resident agent. Use is limited to private, corporate and aerial work (no commercial air transport). The register takes fixed-wing aircraft of 5,700 kg MTOM and above (2,730–5,700 kg case-by-case; any weight for Isle of Man residents). It offers 0% corporate tax, no insurance premium tax, a public mortgage register that reassures financiers, and Cape Town.

Banking

A mature financial centre; corporate accounts are available with strict due diligence. No local account is required to register.

Crew licensing (EASA / FAA)

The Isle of Man validates EASA- and FAA-based crew licences; engineer (AMEL) validations can be issued without restriction to a specific type.

When this flag fits

A jet of 5,700 kg or more in private or corporate use, where prestige, financing comfort and a 0% corporate-tax flag matter. Not available for a King Air B200 (~5,670 kg) except via the resident route.

How Flyxchain helps

Flyxchain designs and implements the ownership and operating structure end to end — holding and SPV setup, jurisdiction and registry selection, financing, and the continuing-airworthiness chain (CAMO and maintenance) — independently and always on the buyer's side.
